- Prohibited Uses: You may not redistribute, resell, sub-license, repackage, or publicly distribute our source template files (PPTX, KEY, Google Slides, Figma, Canva links) as standalone stock items or digital products on any marketplace, website, or repository.
2. Bespoke Pitch Deck & Presentation Agency Services
When you engage our custom presentation studio for bespoke pitch deck design, narrative consulting, or visual redesign services, specific project milestones, payment schedules, deliverable timelines, and intellectual property transfers will be governed by an individualized Statement of Work (SOW). All custom client narratives, proprietary financial models, and strategic pitch data submitted to Preso.org remain strictly confidential.
3. Affiliate Partnerships & External Links
Preso.org contains links to third-party software, design tools, and services (such as Canva Pro and Envato Elements). Some of these links are affiliate links, through which we may earn a referral commission at no additional cost to you. While we only evaluate and recommend tools we genuinely believe add value to presentation creators, Preso.org does not control external websites and assumes no liability for their terms, privacy practices, or product availability.
4. Advertising & Third-Party Services
We work with trusted third-party advertising partners, including Google AdSense, to deliver relevant contextual advertisements. Your interaction with ad units is subject to Google’s Ad Policies and our Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
